Return & Exchange Return Policy  (Updated on 2018.12.06)

You may return any of the following items to, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error) within 30 days of delivery of your shipment:

           - Any Home & Housewares products in its original condition

           - Any unopened Personal Care & Makeup products

You may return eligible Local Deals products before they are consumed or when you have reached an agreement with Haveit Marketplace Merchants.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, some health and personal care items, grocery items, or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at

Replacement of Defective Items

If you received damaged or defective item that is sold by and need to replace it, we will

1. replace it with the same item, if it’s in stock, or

2. fully refund you, if it's out of stock or discontinued

Return Process

1. Please send your return request to In your return request, please provide order number, product name, quantity, and detailed reason of your return.

2. After received your return request, our customer service department will process your request and follow up with you about next steps.

3. After your return request is accepted, you can mail the item back to our warehouse at 104-3728 N Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC, Canada V5J 5G1, or we will pick the item up if your order is delivered by fleet.

4. After we received your item, we will process the refund or replacement right away.

The company reserves the right of final interpretation for the content and items hereinabove.
