Haveit is built to help you think out loud without turning your private workspace into public content.
Information Haveit handles
When you use Haveit, the service may process your account details, voice recordings, transcripts, notes, tasks, subtasks, journal entries, meeting insights, focus history, and preferences. Technical information such as browser type, device information, and authentication cookies may also be processed to operate and secure the service.
How the information is used
Your information is used to authenticate your account, save and synchronize your workspace, convert recordings into useful text, find potential actions, provide focus features, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Haveit does not make your private notes or recordings publicly visible.
Service providers
Haveit relies on trusted infrastructure providers to operate. Supabase provides account authentication and application data services. OpenAI services may process content you submit for transcription or analysis. OpenAI Sites provides application hosting. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Your choices
You control what you record and save. Where in-product controls are available, you may edit or delete notes, tasks, recordings, and related content. You can revoke microphone permission in your browser at any time. If you cannot access your account, use the support channel through which you received access to Haveit.
Retention and security
Information is retained while it is needed to provide the service and for legitimate security or operational purposes. Haveit uses account-level access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Children and changes
Haveit is not directed to children under 13. This notice may be updated as the product and its providers change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
